The world into which we’ve been called to serve our Lord is a world filled with opposition to Him and His kingdom. As His ambassadors we must maintain meekness, but cunning wisdom too. Christians are called to exhibit and exercise wisdom, and if the foolishness of God is wiser than men (1 Corinthians 1:25), then we—His representatives—ought to be constant examples of wisdom.
James wrote, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously… and it will be given to you.” If you are lacking wisdom today, pray and ask God for His.
