Devotional
So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
– John 20:21
Every Gospel account contains a commission from the Lord. In Matthew Jesus commissions disciple making disciples. In Mark it is the broad commission to preach unto every creature. In Luke Jesus commissions His followers to proclaim repentance to the ends of the earth. Here in John we are called unto the same commission under which Jesus came to the earth.
