Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now being made perfect by the flesh?

– Galatians 3:3

We are saved by grace through faith. Our new life in Christ came about by the Spirit of God and nothing of our own efforts of righteousness. Now being saved by the Spirit of grace you will not be perfected by a work of your flesh. What great rest we have in the saving grace of Christ.
