So the four angels, who had been prepared for the hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind.
– Revelation 9:15
God’s planning is precise. He has planned down to year, month, day and hour. Presumably, down to the minute and second too. When we are tempted to think that events are beyond His knowledge or plan, we need to remember the word of Revelation 9:15.
