Devotional

So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”

– John 20:21

Each of the four Gospels contain a commissioning statement of Jesus. Each are different, but each are important.

In the same way that Jesus was dispatched from His eternal abode to bring the good news of forgiveness and salvation, we to are sent out from our places of security and comfort to proclaim the Gospel to the lost.

– John 19:39

Nicodemus left the shadows of his nighttime meeting with Jesus to be seen and known as a genuine follower and disciple.

Are you still quietly in the shadows as it relates to your faith in Christ. Let it be seen and known that you are His disciple.
