If you instruct the brethren in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed.

My aim in the last 19 years has been just this, to be a good minister of Jesus Christ. Any and every leader (pastor) who desires to be such should therefore be well versed in the words of the Pastoral Epistles (1 & 2 Timothy and Titus).
