For you were like sheep going astray, but have now returned to the Shepherd and Overseer of your souls.

It’s good for the Christian to remind him or herself of what they once were verses what they now are, in Christ. We once were sheep going astray. But we now are the flock of the Good Shepherd, the overseer of our souls.
