Mark 3
Devotional
And when He had looked around at them with anger, being grieved by the hardness of their hearts, He said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” And he stretched it out, and his hand was restored as whole as the other.
– Mark 3:5
Sometimes Jesus asks us to do that which is clearly impossible. Or at least it appears to us to be impossible. And while it is—with us—impossible, it isn’t really—with Him—impossible. As Paul rightly concluded, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
What is Jesus calling you to step forward and do today? Whatever it is, you can be certain that it will require your faith and obedience. But when faith in Christ and obedience to His command are joined together, the product is spectacular.
