But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.

– Galatians 6:14

We are saved because of the cross. We have hope in and through the cross. Therefore, may it never be that we boast in anything other than the cross, and the finished work of our Lord Jesus Christ.
