“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

– Matthew 11:28

I meet burdened people on a regular basis. Perhaps you feel weighed down and heavy laden. I think it is important that we recognize that Jesus desires we enter into His rest. But, as the author of the book of Hebrews wrote, sometimes we must “strive to enter into that rest” (Heb. 4:11).

What is standing between you and the rest that Jesus desires you enter into? I guarantee it isn’t something that Jesus has placed there.
