Day two! It’s a start.

We just made our way through the Christmas season, so a passage like Matthew 2 will probably be fresh in your mind and heart. In verse 10 we read…

When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.

Wise men from the East traveled a very long distance for a very long time to see the Christ Child. In following the star to the place of His birth, “they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.” That’s because the coming of Jesus into the world is the advent of “good tidings of great joy which will be to all people” (Luke 2:10).

The coming of Jesus brought the coming of great joy. And His coming into our lives today brings great joy as well. That’s what we have to offer those we interact with on a daily basis … great joy!

Don’t forget, every person you know is seeking happiness. Only the Christian knows exactly where that happiness is found.
