They immediately left their nets and followed Him.

– Mark 1:18

What would it take to move you to leave your livelihood, and everything you have, to follow Christ, and faithfully serve His mission and Kingdom? Jesus simply said, “Follow me” to Peter, Andrew, John and James (and others too), and immediately they left their nets and followed Him.

It’s unlikely that Jesus is calling you to leave your livelihood to come and follow Him today. But He may call you to step out of your comfort-zone to shine as a light for His kingdom. May the example of Peter and Andrew be an encouragement to you to step out in faith today.
