Luke 10
Devotional
“He who hears you hears Me, he who rejects you rejects Me, and he who rejects Me rejects Him who sent Me.”
– Luke 10:16
Like Samuel, when Israel asked for a king, we are quick to feel the rejection as our own. But those who reject us are actually rejecting Christ. And those that reject Him are rejecting the Father who sent Him. I’m not entirely sure that lessens the feeling of rejection, on our part. But it certainly makes those that reject, guilty before God.
