Acts 25
Devotional
“For if I am an offender, or have committed anything deserving of death, I do not object to dying; but if there is nothing in these things of which these men accuse me, no one can deliver me to them. I appeal to Caesar.”
– Acts 25:11
Paul knew his rights under Roman law, and he used them wisely. I think it is right that we do the same, when situations arise that we must. Most specifically I think it is important that we (speaking primarily to American Christians) exercise our right to free speech to boldly proclaim the good news of the Gospel. Do not be ashamed to do so.
