Romans 10
Devotional
Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved.
– Romans 10:1
Who, in your life, do you pray for to come to Christ? Who would you desire would be saved? A son, or daughter? A brother, sister, aunt, uncle, or parent? Perhaps a co-worker, or neighbor? Have you committed to consistently pray for their salvation? Have you asked God to open their ears and heart to the Gospel? Have you shared the Gospel with them or invited them to church?
Paul’s heart’s desire and prayer was for the salvation of the lost. And his desire and prayer compelled him to act with tenacity in making the Gospel known. His example is one we ought to follow.
