1 Thessalonians 3
Devotional
For what thanks can we render to God for you, for all the joy with which we rejoice for your sake before our God, night and day praying exceedingly that we may see your face and perfect what is lacking in your faith?
1 Thessalonians 3:9-10
One of the things that becomes clear, when reading Paul’s epistles, is that Paul frequently prayed for the churches he ministered to and loved. In this is an important example that we ought to emulate. Paul prayed exceedingly, night and day, for the believers he knew. May God stir in us a similar commitment and passion.
