who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.
– 1 Timothy 2:4
No matter your presuppositions, as it relates to God’s sovereignty versus man’s free will, we should move forward in the presumption that God desires the salvation of the people that we interact with on a daily basis (be they our neighbors, co-workers, family members, or friends who are not yet saved). Never assume that the person you know, who does not yet know God, has not been chosen by God for salvation.
