God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power…
– Hebrews 1:1-3a
God speaks! He has revealed himself in creation, consciousness, conscience (general revelation), and in language that we can understand (special revelation). The divine logos revealed himself to human authors, but is most fully revealed when the logos became flesh to manifest the “brightness of His glory” (John 1:1-4, 14). Therefore, if you desire to truly know God, you should always begin with Jesus.
