looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
– Hebrews 12:2
How are we to face the challenges and difficulties of life? One answer is that we need to fix our focus upon the author and finisher of our faith, Jesus Christ. As we look unto Him, we ought to consider how He endured the cross, and all that was associated with it, to rescue us.
