Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God;
– Hebrews 3:12
The author of Hebrews was concerned to find a potential apostate seed in the hearts of some Jewish believers in his day. Therefore he writes very compellingly of the greatness of Jesus.
If we find in ourselves a growing unbelief, I think it is important to return back to the simple message of the greatness of Jesus? When was the last time you truly pondered his magnificence?
